STANDARD WARRANTY

This applies to all the DWT tools. If a defect occurs due to a material or manufacturing fault, DWT will repair it if possible or replace it. The warranty is available only for European countries. May be applied extra warranty conditions specific for each country, contact our local trade representatives to know the details.

STANDARD WARRANTY FOR RUSSIA

DWT provides warranty service in Russia during the warranty period - 1 year from the date of purchase. At the end of the warranty period, a support program is in place to ensure the smooth operation of your tool and equipment. The official representative of DWT in Russia, authorized to sell products and organize service, is the company MITOL RUS. Website: www.dwt-rus.ru.

Warranty obligations:
DWT apply only to malfunctions identified during the warranty period and caused by defects in production and / or materials.
DWT apply only upon presentation of a filled warranty card with the seller’s seal and the seller’s cash register. The seller’s names in the cash receipt and in the warranty card must match.
